Occasionally due to delays with our payment processing system, bookings may not be confirmed and an email confirmation will not be sent.
If this occurs our booking system attempts to process the payment again and if authorisation is not received from the bank the flights are then automatically cancelled and no confirmation email travel itinerary is sent.
If you wish to check the status of a booking:
Go to Manage Booking and retrieve your booking using Options 1,2 or 3
If the booking is confirmed the flight details will display on screen with the details of the flights booked and amount charged to the form of payment.
If the booking has declined and the flights have been cancelled then below message will be displayed and no payments will have been made.
IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO RETRIEVE YOUR BOOKING AND THE BELOW ERROR MESSAGE IS DISPLAYED - This also means that the payment was not approved by the bank, no payments have been made and the flights in the reservation have been cancelled.
