If a session lock error displays on the payment or confirmation page then wait for 20 minutes to see if you receive a confirmation email travel itinerary or go to manage my booking and use:
Option 1 - if you have the booking reference, the email address entered in the booking and and the route information.
Option 2 - if you know the booking reference and last four digits of the payment card.
Option 3 - if you only have the email address entered in the booking, the flight dates and route information.
If the booking is confirmed the flight details will display on screen with the details of the flights booked and amount charged to the form of payment.
If the booking has declined and the flights have been cancelled then below message will be displayed and no payments will have been made.
IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO RETRIEVE YOUR BOOKING AND THE BELOW ERROR MESSAGE IS DISPLAYED - This also means that the payment was not approved by the bank, no payments have been made and the flights in the reservation have been cancelled.
